Terms and conditions

General terms:

  • bluetechnology.pl conducts on-line sale of products.
  • The offer is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • All prices include applicable VAT

Ordering

  • Placing an order equals accepting the terms and conditions of the on-line shopping.
  • Having done that, the client receives confirmation via e-mail or phone within 24 hrs (on workdays)
  • If the personal data is incomplete or wrong, the order cannot be completed
  • Completing the order starts when the data is accepted
  • Shipping is done within max 24hrs (on workdays)
  • The order can only be completed if the product is at the warehouse. Otherwise the client is informed about the situation and order completion depends on the client (extension of the completion period or order’s annulment).
  • In cases where the product has not yet been sent, the client can change their order by contacting our technical support team.

Terms and conditions of shipment. Costs of shipment.

  • Ordered products are shipped by means of the courier company "Siódemka". Cash on delivery PLN 16 or advance payment into bank account PLN 13.
  • The above mentioned costs are effective in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • In case of international shipment, the costs are established individually.

Payments

  • Cash on delivery? The payment is done upon the delivery.

VAT invoices

  • A VAT invoice is issued to the company after providing the following data: company’s name, address and TIN, according to the actual state of affairs.

Complaints

  • Products sold by Blue Technology are brand new, in good working order and with warranty. The producer’s warranty is in effect in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Detailed warranty terms and conditions are defined in the warranty card issued by the warrantor. These can be sent via post before the purchase on client’s demand.
  • In case of any defective or faulty products we guarantee their full replacement under the condition that the fault is reported within 5 days of the delivery of the product. If replacement is not possible due to the lack of product in stock, we guarantee another product or the equivalent of the money paid for the product..
  • If upon the delivery the client notices any technical faults or other defects, the product should be sent back together with the invoice and the warranty card to the following address: Blue Technology Jarosław Bulik, ul. Mineralna 48, 02-274 Warsaw. The delivery expenses are to be returned following the complaint examination.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions as well as normal wear and tear, also resulting from shipping. We kindly ask our clients to check the package in the presence of the courier.
  • If the faults arise in the process of using the product which is under warranty, please contact our service (22) 226 30 61, prior to the return of the product.

Final provisions

  • The shop works in accordance with the Act from 29th August 1997 on protection of personal data. Blue Technology has sole access to the data and none of these are available to any third party. All the clients have access to their personal data. These can be verified, modified and erased. Blue Technology reserves the right to use the contact data for marketing or advertising purposes.
  • The shop offer does not constitute an offer as defined by the Civil Code article 543. The shop reserves the right to any possible mistakes.
  • To all matters not settled herein, provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  • Upon registration or ordering the client accepts the above terms and conditions.
